| 2 cups Cheddar cheese cubes 1 small onion, quartered 1 medium green pepper, cut into pieces 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives 2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered Dash of pepper | 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 cup catsup 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 6 crisp-cooked bacon slices, crumbled 10 hamburger buns, split |
| Instructions: | |
| Chop cheese, onion, green pepper, olives, and eggs separately. Empty into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon mixture onto bottom halves of buns on cookie sheet. Broil about 4 inches from heat, until cheese begins to melt. Top with other halves of buns. Serve hot. | |
