|1/2 cup crushed pineapple|
1/2 cup crabmeat, canned
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. meat sauce
|Mix the canned crushed pineapple with the crabmeat and put into 6 cocktail glasses.|
To the mayonnaise add the horseradish and meat sauce and top each cocktail with the mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika. Serve cold and garnish with mint leaves or water cress.
