Ingredients: |
1 lb. hamburger 2 cup uncooked rice 1 onion, chopped 2 green pepper, chopped | 2 eggs 1 teaspoons salt Dash of pepper 1 quart tomato juice |

Instructions: |
Combine all ingredients except juice; mix well. Form into 1 inch balls. Drop into 1 quart boiling tomato juice; simmer about 1 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
Comments: May use 1 can tomato sup and add enough water to make 1 quart in place of tomato juice. Good -- easy! |
