Ingredients: |
1 carton (8 oz.) plain yogurt 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 egg 1 cup flour | 1 cup enriched cornmeal 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt |

Instructions: |
Beat yogurt, oil, and egg. Combine remaining ingredients. Add and mix well. Pour into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 400 degrees (375 degrees glass) about 20 minutes. Cut and serve hot. |
