|Combine 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. Heat milk, water and butter until liquids are 120 degree - 130 degree. Add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Add 1/4 cup flour. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto floured board; knead 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth. Place in greased bowl; grease top. Cover; place bowl into large pan of very warm water (about 120 degree). Let rise 15 minutes.|
Turn onto floured board. Divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into smooth balls. Arrange in greased 8 inch round cake pan. Cover; place pan in shallow pan of very warm water. Let rise 15 minutes. Bake at 375 degree 20-25 minutes, or until done. Remove from pan; cool slightly on wire rack.
