Whole Wheat Bread / Rolls - (no eggs or milk)
|1 1/4 cups warm water|
1 tbs. or pkg. yeast
2 tbs. butter
2 tbs. sugar or 3 tbs. honey
2 tsp. salt
1 cup white flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
|Soften yeast in warm water. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Place in greased bowl and cover. Let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn out on floured surface and shape. Let rise again 30-45 minutes.|
Rolls - - Bake 400 degree for 15 minutes.
Bread - - Bake 375 degree for 45 minutes.
