Texas Cake

Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
1 cup water
4 tbs. cocoa (1/4 cup)
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup IMO or sour cream
Icing:
1 stick butter
6 tbs. milk
4 tbs. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
 
 
Instructions:
Boil mixture of butter, water and cocoa. Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add these with boiled mixture.
Mix together eggs and sour cream and add to your mixture. Beat mixture until well blended.

Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 16 pan. Bake 20-25 minutes in 350 degrees oven.

Icing:
Bring to a boil butter, milk and cocoa. Take off heat and add sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts.

This cake will be thin, but that is the secret to its goodness :)
