Ingredients: |
4-5 chicken breasts
Coating: 1/2 cup flour 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. paprika | Sauce: 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup butter 1 1/2 cups water 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. paprika 1 cup cream 2 tsp. lemon juice |

Instructions: |
Combine all the sauce ingredients into a double boiler and cook. Clean fat and skins off chicken breasts (sliced). Roll chicken strips in the coating mixture. Deep fry, and serve with rice. Pour sauce over fried strips. |
