2 1/4 cups unsifted flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 cup butter 3/4 cup each white 3/4 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. water 2 1/2 cups raisins 2 cups chocolate morsels (12 oz. pkg.)
Instructions:
Sift together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Combine butter, sugars, vanilla, and water; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and raisins.
Drop by well-rounded 1/2 teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degree, 10-12 minutes. Makes 100 2-inch cookies
Note: Can substitute chocolate morsels with carob.
