Zucchini Cookies | |

| 1 tsp. soda 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 1 cup grated zucchini 1/2 cup butter | 1 cup chopped nuts 2 cup sugar 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. cloves 1 cup raisins |
| Instructions: | |
| Thoroughly combine zucchini, soda, sugar and butter. Add egg. Combine flour mixture with nuts and raisins to the zucchini mixture. Chill dough at least 2 hours. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes about 36 cookies. | |
