1/4 cup water 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup Sherry 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup soft butter 1/4 cup brown sugar Wedge of lemon 1 tbs. flour 1 1-inch strip orange rind | |

Instructions: |
Peel and seed lemon. Put all ingredients into blender and process until blended. Pour into saucepan and simmer 3 minutes. |
