Cream Cheese Icing 2
|1 1/2 cups whipped cream|
1 pkg. cream cheese
|Fold whipped cream, into cream cheese that has been softened first with a little cream. If desired, 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind may be blended with the cheese before adding cream.|
Comments: Tastes great on gingerbread.
