Break macaroni into boiling salted water, cook until tender, drain and place in greased baking dish. Add canned tomatoes and spices, then meat which has been chopped and browned in butter. Grate or slice cheese over top of meat. Bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees, until browned, about 1/2 hour.
