1/2 lb. ground beef 1 can Mexican chic peas 1/2 lb. small shell macaroni onion 1 can tomatoes 1 can tomato sauce crushed red pepper (to taste) salt to taste) pepper (to taste)
In a sauce pan saute an onion in a little oil. Add ground beef and cook till all brown (about 10 minutes). Add tomatoes and sauce. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and crushed red pepper. let cook for about 3/4 hour. Drain chic peas and add to sauce. cook 10 minutes longer. Turn off stove. In a sauce pan cook your shells and drain. Mix all ingredients together and serve.
