| 3 cups sifted flour 4 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs, unbeaten 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup chopped filberts | |
| Instructions: | |
| Sift flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; then the remaining ingredients mixing only until all moistened. Drop mixture into well greased muffin pans, bake at 400 degree, about 20 minutes. | |
