| 1 cup pumpkin 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg | |
| Instructions: | |
| Mix pumpkin and spices first with egg beater. Add sugar, beat again, then add eggs and milk last. Beat all well. Bake in hot oven (450 degree) for 10 minutes, then in moderate (325 degree) for 45 minutes, or until mixture doesn't adhere to knife. | |
