1 cup bread or cereal crumbs 1/2 cup milk 2 cups ground cured ham 1/2 lb. ground fresh pork 1 tbs. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. cloves 1 egg
Instructions:
This was basic recipe. I used pork sausage and only used about half as much, used a scant half as much of the cloves, ground up onion with the ham, a little garlic (dried minced), and a little pepper.
Toasted bread to make it very dry and then put it through the blender. Beat egg, then added milk and beat -- added bread crumbs to this and the garlic, brown sugar. Also used a little more milk.
