Hollywreath Salad

Ingredients:
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 cup cabbage, shredded fine
1/2 cup crushed drained pineapple
1 doz. stuffed olives, sliced
6 sweet pickles, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup canned drained peas
1/4 raw diced carrot
2 cups warm water
Salt
 
 
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in warm water. When it chills enough to thicken slightly, like raw egg white, add remaining ingredients. to make hollywreath salad, use ring mold. Pour some of the plain thickened gelatin in bottom, and press pomegranate seeds into it, in holly berry fashion. Use strips of green pepper, cut as holly leaves, to decorate it. Chill. Then pour in rest of gelatin with vegetables, and chill. Unmold. Serve with mayonnaise.
