Tortilla Chip Luncheon

603Salad
   
Ingredients:
1 can (large) refried beans
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 can chopped mushrooms
1 can chopped green chili (Ortega)
1 can or jar of salsa
yellow sharp cheese, grated
chopped green onions
dill pickle, olives, tomatoes
 
 
Instructions:
Alternate foods on bed of lettuce. Mix together 2-avocado dip, sour cream tobasco (2 dashes), Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, garlic powder. Put over beans and vegetables. Pile in middle of large platter and garnish with tortilla chips. Everyone dig in :)
