Quick Barbecue Sauce | |

| Yield/Servings: 2 1/4 cups | |
| Ingredients: | |
| 1 1/2 cups water 2 tbs. flour 2 tbs. brown sugar 1 tbs. prepared mustard 23 tbs. vinegar 3/4 cup tomato catsup or chili sauce | |
| Instructions: | |
| Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour over cooked, thinly sliced beef or pork. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve hot on toasted buns. | |
