Broiled Fish With Sheila Sauce

510Seafood
  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
Ingredients:
Boned fish
Melted butter
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Sheila Sauce:

3/4 cup butter
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. chopped chives
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Tabasco Sauce
 
 
Instructions:
Wipe fish. Brush flesh side with butter, then sprinkle with lemon juice or rub with a piece of cut lemon. Sprinkle with salt. Place on greased broiler grid or shallow pan. Broil quickly until well browned, then lower flame or move broiler down and continue cooking until fish is done. Serve with the sauce on the side.

Sauce:
Melt butter over water, then add horseradish, lime juice, chives, parsley, salt , and enough Tabasco sauce to make it quite hot.
