Fruit Turnovers

  Yield/Servings: 12 turnovers  
Ingredients:
2 1/3 cups Bisquick baking mix
3 tbs. sugar
2 tbs. butter, melted
1/2 cup milk
1 can fruit pie filling
 
 
Instructions:
Heat oven to 375 degree. Mix baking mix, sugar, butter and milk until soft dough forms. Gently smooth dough into ball on lightly floured cloth covered board. Knead 8-10 times. Divide into halves. Roll one half into 12 x 8 inch; cut into six 4 inch squares. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Put 1 tbs. filling in corner and fold. Press edges with floured fork to seal; prick tops. Do the same with other half of dough. Bake until brown, 15-20 minutes.
