2 cups Quaker quick cooking oatmeal 2 cups skim or whole milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbs. sugar 1/2 cup currents or seedless raisins
juice of 1 lemon 2 apples, unpeeled and shredded 1 banana, halved and finely shred 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts 1 orange, peeled and diced

Mix first 4 ingredients together thoroughly. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Combine remaining ingredients and mix with oatmeal mixture. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Delicious for brunch or afternoon snack. Other raw fruits can be added if desired.
