Baked Golden Carrots | |

| Ingredients: | |
| 3 cups grated carrots 3 tbs. butter salt and pepper Ginger (optional) | |
| Instructions: | |
| Place grated carrots in a buttered baking dish that has a tight cover. Bake in a 350 degrees oven for half an hour. Just before serving sprinkle with salt and pepper and dot with butter. A sprinkling of ginger may be added to carrots before putting in oven for added flavor. | |
