Cauliflower Fritters |

Ingredients: |
1 head cauliflower, cooked 1 egg, beaten lightly 1/2 cup milk 3/4 cup sifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt | |

Instructions: |
Combine beaten egg and milk, add flour and salt, beat until smooth, let stand an hour before using it. Separate the cooked cauliflower into flowerlets, dip each in the batter and fry in hot deep fat, 370 degrees. Drain on absorbent paper. |
