Blushing Cauliflower |

Ingredients: |
1 medium cauliflower 1 1/2 cups tomato juice 1 tbs. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3/4 cup grated cheese | |

Instructions: |
Place whole cauliflower stem up in a pan; cover with the tomato juice and seasonings. Cover and bring to boil then simmer 10 minutes. Turn cauliflower over and simmer another 10 minutes or until tender. Remove cauliflower and add the cheese to the juice. Stir till cheese melts, then pour over the cauliflower and serve. |
