6 slices Tillamook cheese, 1/4 inch thick 6 lean pork chops or pork steaks 6 tbs. raw rice 21 large onion 2 ripe tomatoes 1 green pepper 2 cups hot water 1 can tomato sauce salt and pepper
Lightly brown chops, season, and arrange in pan that can be covered. On each chop place 1 tbs. rice, 2 slice each of onion, tomato and green pepper. Add hot water and tomato sauce. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees covered. Uncover and place 1 slice cheese on each chop.
