Ingredients: |
1/2 orange, seeded and peeled Rind of 1/2 orange 1/2 pound dried apricots 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup salted pecans 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted | |

Instructions: |
In blender chop orange, rind and apricots. Pour into saucepan, add sugar and cook about 30 minutes. Cool. Chop pecans and add to cooled apricot mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch roll and place in freezer for about 1 hour. Cut into thin slices and coat with confectioner's sugar. Store in cool place. |
