1 lemon, sliced thin
Tiny rolled sandwiches
|After paring and stoning avocado, cut it into thin eight-inch lengthwise slices, and arrange them on a salad plate so that slices overlap and radiate from center (pointed side of pear to center of plate). In between these radiating sections, place a slice of lemon and a tiny rolled sandwich, with a garnish of chicory.|
To make the sandwiches, spread a very thin slice of bead, crusts removed, with butter or any sandwich paste, roll from one corner to the opposite one, producing a cone-shaped sandwich.
