Ingredients: |
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits 1/4 cup hot water or coffee 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar 4 egg yolks 1/2 cup soft butter 1 tbs. vanilla extract or 2 tbs. rum | |

Instructions: |
Put chocolate chips and hot water or coffee into blender. Blend until chocolate is dissolved. Add sugar, egg yolks one at a time, butter and extract or rum. Continue to blend until smooth. Chill until of spreading consistency if necessary. |
