3 lbs. veal steak, chopped 1/4 lb. fat pork, chopped 1/2 cup bread crumbs 3 eggs, well beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. meat sauce | 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 cup tomato soup 1 cup hot water 2 tbsp. shortening 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind |

Instructions: |
Mix ingredients thoroughly, pack into well-greased bread pan. Cover with fine toasted crumbs and bake in moderate oven, 375 degrees for 2 hours. |
