Ingredients: |
2 1/2 lbs. veal, ground 1/2 lb. ham, ground 1/4 cup catsup 1 cup cooked macaroni, cut 4 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 green pepper, chopped | 1/4 cup onion, chopped 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking powder 2 cups soft bread crumbs Salt and pepper |

Instructions: |
Mix together and shape into a loaf, wrap in parchment paper; (or, pack into a loaf pan). Bake at 375 degrees about 1 hour. Do not add water, and do not cover paper. The meat should become well browned and retain its juice. Meat has a chance to brown on all sides. (Be sure to bake the loaf in uncovered pan.) |
