2 tbsp. chopped green pepper 4 tbsp. butter 4 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup buttered crumbs 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. hot sauce 1/4 tsp. paprika Cayenne to season 2 cups flaked canned tuna 1/2 cup minced ripe olives
Instructions:
Saute peppers in butter 5 minutes. Stir in flour, gradually add milk, and make into white sauce. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and hot sauce. Add fish and olives; place in baking dish, well-greased, and cover with crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes in moderate oven, 350 degrees.
