Pizza Dough
894	Bread/Rolls

Ingredients:
1 pkg. yeast 1/4 cup warm water 3/4 cup hot milk 1/4 cup shortening	1/4 cup sugar 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1 egg 4 cups flour

Instructions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Mix milk, fat, sugar and salt in large bowl. Cool to lukewarm. Stir in egg and yeast. Add 2 cups of flour and beat until smooth. Add more flour until mixture leaves sides of bowl. Knead dough on floured surface. Spread on pan and top with your favorite pizza toppings.
