Ingredients: |
2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 level cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt | 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 level tbsp. oleo or butter |

Instructions: |
Have all ingredients measured and ready. Put milk, oleo and vanilla in small pan on low heat. Then beat eggs until very light and creamy. Add sugar a little at a time beating constantly. Add salt and baking powder to flour and add very slowly to mixture. Add hot milk mixture last. Mix thoroughly.
Bake in small greased and floured tube pan at 350 degree for about 35 minutes or until golden brown and wavy looking. |
