1/2 cup sliced onions 1 small clove garlic 1/2 pound mushrooms 1/4 cup olive oil 1 lb. ground beef | 1 No. 2 1/2 can tomatoes 1 6-ounce can tomato paste 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. pepper |

Instructions: |
Chop onions and garlic. Saute with mushrooms in olive oil until slightly brown. Add the meat and cook 10 minutes. Blend tomatoes and paste and seasoning together. Add to meat mixture and simmer until thickened. |
