1 cup pecans 2 1/4 cups sifted flour 1 cup chocolate chips 4 eggs 1 cup soft butter | 1 cup light brown sugar 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. cloves 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 piece thin lemon rind, 1 x 1/2 inch |

Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 400 degree. Chop nuts, add to flour in large mixing bowl, add chocolate chips. Put remaining ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into flour mixture and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned. |
