| 2 tbs. salad oil 1 tsp. salt 1/8 green pepper 1 6-ounce can pineapple juice concentrate 1/2 clove garlic 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup wine vinegar 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 2-ounce jar pimiento Pineapple chunks Green pepper strips | |
| Instructions: | |
| Put all ingredients except pineapple chunks and green pepper strips into blender. Mix until thoroughly blended. Brush on pork or chicken while it broils, roasts, or barbecues. Add a few pineapple chunks and green pepper strips for garnish. | |
