8 tortillas 1 cup chopped beef, cooked 1 15 oz. can red sauce 1 cup dairy sour cream 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded | |

Instructions: |
Place a round tbs. of meat in each tortilla; cover meat with a tbs. of red sauce, roll up. Place overlapped side down in greased shallow baking pan. Pour remaining red sauce over enchiladas. Cover sauce with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 350 degree until cheese begins to melt, about 10 minutes. |
