1 can Tostitos barns picante dip 2 eggs 1 cup bread or cracker crumbs 2 pound ground beef 1/2 pound Monterrey Jack cheese, sliced 1 can (4 oz.) whole mild green chilies salt and pepper to taste | |

Instructions: |
Remove seeds from chilies and cut into strips. Mix ground beef with dip, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and eggs. Spread 1/2 of meat mixure in loaf pan. Spread cheese and chilies over meat and top with remainnig meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degree for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
