2 cups fresh corn kernels (5 ears) or 1 16-oz. can corn, drained 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 cup diced jack cheese 1/2 cup corn meal 1 4-oz. can diced green chiles 1 tsp. salt | |

Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Spray a 2-quart casserole with PAM. Puree 1 cup corn with butter and eggs in blender. Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Add pureed mixture and blend well.
Pour into prepared pan and bake uncovered 50-60 minutes. |
