| 1 gallon goats milk basil parsley oregano salt and pepper 1 dozen eggs 1/2 cup lemon juice | |
| Instructions: | |
| Put milk and all spices in pot and bring to a boil. Add eggs, lemon juice and stir until milk curdles. Strain and put in cheesecloth. Let harden. | |
