Ingredients: |
1 lb. bulk sausage 1/4 cup chopped onion 4 small zucchini 1/2 cup cracker crumbs 1 egg, beaten | 2 cup Tillamook cheese cubes 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. oregano dash garlic salt dash pepper |

Instructions: |
Peel, dice, and seed zucchini. Brown sausage and onion and drain. Add zucchini and then remaining ingredients. Place in greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until zucchini is tender. |
