3 to 4 tbs. bisquick for coating 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup beer 1 cup bisquick | |

Instructions: |
Coat fish with 3-4 tsp. bisquick. Make batter with rest of ingredients. Dip sea food in batter and fry in deep fat at 350 degrees until golden brown. This may be used for scallop, shrimp, fish sticks, or other sea food. |
