Spanish Flounder Steaks |

Ingredients: |
3 lbs. flounder, cut in fillets 1 green pepper, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes | |

Instructions: |
Place fish in greased baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper, spread with onions and green peppers. Pour the tomatoes around the fish, bake in hot oven, 450 degrees, about 30 minutes, or until fish is tender. Lift fish carefully with pancake turner to hot dish, thicken the sauce in pan with 1 tbsp. flour mixed to a paste with little cold water. Serve the fish with the sauce. |
