2 cups shrimp 2 tbs. butter 1/2 cup minced onion 2 tbs. flour 1 bay leaf, crushed 1/4 cup dried celery 1 tsp. parsley | 1/2 cup minced green pepper dash of cayenne 1/4 tsp. pepper sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1 6-1/4 oz. can tomato paste 3 cups water Rice |

Instructions: |
Cook onion in butter until yellow. Blend in remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally until thickened; 30 minutes. Stir in shrimp. Serve over rice. |
