Duck with Orange Sauce

|1 duck, stuffed|
2 strips salt pork
Salt and pepper
2 cups orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
|Clean duck, like chicken. Stuff as desired. Lay pork across breast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in uncovered roaster.|
Roast in hot oven 450 degrees, until meat begins to brown. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees.
Baste frequently with combined orange and lemon juice. Allow 20 minutes per pound for roasting. Thicken gravy with flour.
