Ingredients: |
1 medium onion, quartered 2 red or green sweet peppers 1/3 cup water 1 1/3 cups vinegar 2 cups cabbage pieces 2 no. 2 cans corn, drained | 3/4 cup sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 tsp. celery seed 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. turmeric 3 tbs. flour |

Instructions: |
Chop onion and pepper (cut in pieces) in water and vinegar. Pour through colander, reserving liquid. Put cabbage and reserved liquid into blender and chop. Pour into large saucepan, add chopped vegetables and remaining ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal. |
