4 cups tomato sauce 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 1 pound hamburger 1/4 cup chopped onion 3 medium zucchini, sliced 8 oz. imitation or regular sour cream 8 oz. low-cal cottage cheese 1- 2 1/4 ounce can black olives 1 cup grated cheese | |

Instructions: |
Simmer tomato sauce with seasonings. In separate fry pan, saute hamburger and onion until meat is brown. Add tomato sauce and simmer 15 minutes. Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan with 1/2 of zucchini slices. Cover with 1/2 meat mixture. Spread on 1/2 sour cream and cottage cheese. Sprinkle with olives. Repeat. Top with grated cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degree for 35 minutes. Then remove foil and save; bake for 10 more minutes to brown cheese. Remove from oven and recover with foil; allow to stand for 15 minutes until layers are set. 1 serving = 180 calories. |
