Tacos
268	Main Dish

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef 1 package taco seasoning mix * 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp. catsup	Topping: chopped onions grated Cheddar cheese chopped tomatoes shredded lettuce

Instructions:
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain off excess fat, sprinkle seasoning mix over meat and stir to blend. Add water and catsup. Simmer and stir, uncovered, for about 10 minutes or until water has evaporated. Spoon into taco shells add toppings. Comments: Make you own Taco Seasoning Mix look for our recipe under Herbs
